More than being online. Understand how people find you.

Search Console shows how your website appears in Google Search. Google Business Profile covers your local presence in Search and Maps. Every package includes Search Console setup and an initial profile check, with your approval and confirmed access. Profile setup and ongoing editing are agreed separately in writing.

No package guarantees rankings, indexing or inclusion in AI answers. Flow is not a package for better rankings.

Your website is live. Our work continues.

You do not pay for a new website every month. You pay for agreed operation, checks, small changes and someone to turn to.

At launch: clarity for your customers

We organise your offer, prepare core copy and design, and publish after your approval. Visitors can see what you offer and how to contact you.

Ongoing: less website work for you

We maintain website operation: hosting, an encrypted connection (TLS), backups and agreed technical checks. New opening hours, prices or contact details? Email us the change; we handle it within your package allowance. Extra work is agreed first.

Visible: what was checked

Your monthly status separates checks, completed changes, open issues and approvals needed. Technical care continues even when content stays unchanged. Missing data is reported as missing.

What happens if there is a problem?

We check technical availability, agreed main links and a form-check signal without a real customer enquiry. When a problem is detected, we assess its scope and report it with the next step without waiting for the monthly report.

Faults in our implementation within the agreed scope are part of technical care. Requested content changes use the included 15 / 30 / 60 minutes per month for Start / Business / Flow. New features, migrations and out-of-scope work need prior written agreement. We do not control external providers; we coordinate their issues as far as our access allows. No 24/7 SLA, guaranteed repair time or proof of delivery for every enquiry.

You remain responsible for accurate information and approvals. A website alone does not guarantee visitors or new customers. The first 12 payments with no setup fee cover the initial build and care; the lower monthly care rate applies afterwards.

    Agree the need and facts

    Review the packages or send a non-binding enquiry. We clarify the need and missing details in writing. You provide facts and usable materials, not finished copy or a design. Online payments remain closed.

    Draft and approval

    After an accepted order we prepare the structure, core copy and design. You see the draft, check the facts and send one consolidated correction. We publish only after your explicit approval.

  3. 3

    Publish and maintain

    After your approval and the agreed checks, we publish the website and maintain its operation. Email us new prices, opening hours or contact details; changes stay within your package allowance.

One person is accountable for the offer, communication, delivery and care. Small changes such as a price, opening hours or phone number use the monthly included time; anything else is agreed first. Nothing goes live without your approval.

Practical questions before you enquire.

What do I need to provide?

Tell us your services, location and how customers should contact you. Existing photos help if you have permission to use them. Finished copy, a logo and colours are not prerequisites: we propose copy and design based on your facts. We clarify missing details with you.

Can my existing booking stay?

Yes. We link to an existing booking or ordering service. A native booking system is not part of the packages.

What happens with changes or on exit?

Your package sets the monthly included time; additional work is agreed separately. After due obligations, you receive the current static export and your media on exit.
